What exactly do I get from Zindine Zidane Studio?
Digital design work: garment graphics, apparel concepts, mockup visuals, colorway studies, and collection direction — delivered as files you can review, present, or hand to production.
Do you print, produce, or ship clothing?
No — and we never will. Zindine Zidane Studio is strictly a design studio. Printing, manufacturing, and shipping always sit with you or your production partner.
What happens after I pick a plan?
You send your garment type, wording, colors, references, and goals through the contact form. We scope the request against your plan and start building your design direction.
Can I take the files to any printer or manufacturer?
Yes — that's the whole point. The files are prepared for handoff to whichever production partner you choose, within your project's scope.
When can I get a refund?
Before design work begins, you can request a full refund. Once concepts are delivered or revision rounds are used, the work is non-refundable.
How long until I see something?
Most briefs get a reply or a first design update within 3–5 business days. Multi-piece collections can run longer.
Do you promise sales or production results?
We do not. We control the quality of the design files — print results, manufacturing, supplier choices, and sales are outside our hands.
